As @lizdance40 mentioned you can go to the unlock portal and request an unlock. To be eligible the phone must not be under contract or fully paid off on the Next plan. We’ll be happy to look into this further with you. Please send me a Private Message with the following information:
Your phone or account number
The IMEI for the Blackberry
The best date and time to contact you
