ATT WIFI Hotspot ZTE device
I use ATT ZTE Hotspot WIFI plugged in to PC USB-LAN icon. Friday, when I went on internet device and Gmail, instantly there was * another location, same IP using my internet. I reset to factory and changed password, but someone was in * my Gmail important legal/financial info. This happened immediately on log in, and I was on and off in seconds, so I believe it is the ATT device. When I used WIFI at home, my former neighbor through wall, was using an EMP or WIFI extender. I could never use Bluetooth or Broadcast ie. Chrome Cast, my WIFI at home. How can I secure the device? I have settings on device for 1 user, no guests, 5G, short range, and am using wired. Do you know how to change the password? No one/ATT seems to think it can be done. I have shut off Print Spooler. They used to download my documents from smart phone, or PC, through the wall, and print.

Hello @perplexed2018.
To change the password or configure your hotspot on a phone device, you will need to turn off the mobile hotspot. Then under Settings> Mobile Hotspot select Configure. One of the options is your password.
To change your Wi-Fi password on a dedicated hotspot device, you will need to go to http://attwifimanager and login.
If these settings do not resolve your issue, please let us know the model of your ZTE Hotspot so we can do further research.

Thanks for your reply!
This ZTE device does not have a configure option.
Online accounts are too risky for me.
Does ATT sell any other brand than ZTE sanctioned by POTUS, for hacking.??
I would like to exchange.
Thanks.

Hello @perplexed2018.
We currently sell the Netgear Nighthawk Hotspot, which has security you can count on. The Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router is password protected with control of access rules such as scheduling access time, blocking devices, and filtering content.
