ATT PREPAID NETWORK DEVICES 2022
I found this list https://www.att.com/ecms/dam/att/consumer/help/pdf/Devices-Working-on-ATT-Network.pdf of devices that should remain functional on ATT prepaid after the transition occurs.
Will the network allow devices that aren't on the list or is this list just a guide for what hardware is compatible with the network when 3G is retired?
There are many handsets that should remain compatible but I don't see them on the list. Will the network discontinue service for all devices not listed? It is very difficult to make a decision on how to upgrade if no one knows what the network is going to allow.

Why am I getting messages that you will stop supporting my family's BlackBerry KEYone phones in February 2022? The phones support VoLTE. Your official list says you will support another KEYone model: BBB100-1. We bought the BBB100-7 because it holds two SIM cards, which we like for traveling.
How we can get someone in your technical department to look at this issue? We are very happy with the phones we have, and they support VoLTE, so why must we buy new phones?

I have learned that HD Voice is a particular kind of communication that is carried over VoLTE: they are not the same. My model supports VoLTE but not HD Voice, so we have to buy new phones. Too bad for us!

Be advised that AT & T continues to lie. My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is supposed to work but hasn't since they made the switch. Now, they are finally admitting that it won't be supported by their network. They also made sure that I can't move the phone to another network. Even though they gave me the unlock code there is nowhere for me to enter it because the box that is "supposed" to pop up when I install a non AT&T sim card, doesn't come up. I've spent numerous hours on the phone with AT&T "tech support" and Samsung support. Samsung says its on AT&T's end. Good luck trying to find someone at AT&T that knows what they're talking about. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER AT&T PRODUCT. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE A PHONE THAT IS LOCKED BY A CARRIER.
