AT&T Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G / Sierra Wireless

I changed the admin login and can't remember what I changed it to.  Is there a way to reset or recover the admin pwd?

From page 51 in the user's manual (which you can download from the support site):

Reset the Mobile Hotspot

You can reset the Mobile hotspot to the factory setting on the device or on the
Mobile Hotspot Homepage. This is useful if you have lost your Wi-Fi Key.

To reset the mobile hotspot on the device:

1. Remove the back cover.

2. Use a small object such as the end of a paper clip to press and hold the reset
button for 5 to 10 seconds.

3. When prompted on the LCD to do so, press the power button to confirm the
reset.

4. Replace the back cover.

Got it.. thank you so much.!  I did everything but press the power button after the reset so reset never completed.. The display said press " symbol " (I didn't know the symbol was the power button, should have figured since it was the only button on the darn thing.. LOL)  Once I did a "proper" reset, it went back to all defaults.. Thanks again.!!.
