Website not working

This is getting annoying! Since the new update that was put up, both the website and the app doesn't work for me on the overview page. I've even tried clearing my cache on my computer and reinstalling the app, NOTHING is working.

@ATTMobilityCare Could you please PM me, as well?  

I also have had zero luck with the new site, across several devices and browsers, all with cleared caches, etc.

I have zero data displayed, beyond the "Landing Page", all the details pages are blank.

I am also having this problem.  I chatted with Support Monday night and they said the issue would be fixed yesterday and it is Wednesday with the same issue.  The Overview page on the website only has the Top Navigation and the footer that happen on all the pages.  On the App, when I login, the landing page is blank except for a Search bar.  I just figured my account wasn't setup properly since my account is only a week or so old.

We always want to ensure our customers are able to gain access at any time into their online account. I would love to follow up with you in order to assist you with this problem.

 

Since the issue started, have you attempted to clear cache and cookies from your browser? I also suggest using an alternate browser from the one you are currently utilizing. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try Mozilla FireFox or Chrome.

 

Have you also tried to remove or stop the app from your phone, and then re-add? To learn how to do this, please click here. Select your make and model phone, click on View all Tutorials > Apps to get started.

I AM ON AN IPAD AND AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUES SINCE YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. THEIR CHAT IS ALSO NOT FUNCTIONAL AS I WAS DISCONNECTED THREE TIME IN A ROW LAST NIGHT. THIS IS A DISASTER FOR THE CONSUMER.

Absolutely agree!!! Since the so-called update, at&t has the WORST website on the internet!!! Sloooow, no link to pay/view directv acct.
