That's 10 years ago. I don't know if AT&T keeps billing for longer than 7 years, or so. You should contact Billing directly and ask. This is just a public, customer to customer forum only. It is not AT&T Support.

AT&T keeps records of billing for Seven (7) Years from issue, and after that time has run out, these records are archived and not available.
