Trying to pay bill from abroad

Hi I am currently in Europe and cannot access my att account to pay my phone bill. Is there a number I can call to make the payment? I have tried to reset my details however it keeps giving me an error.

I am sorry to hear you’re having some issues paying your bill while roaming in Europe. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention so a resolution can be found!

 

Our Tier 2 International Support can be contacted at +1.314.925.6925 in order to pay your bill while traveling. The call is free to make while outside of the United States as well so you won’t have to worry about any extra charges on your next bill!

 

Another great way to access your account and make any payments is through the myAT&T app. If it is not already pre-loaded on your device, it can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or App Store.

AT&T app wouldn't allow you to pay bill. It is very difficult to pay by phone or by app. My phone keep being disconnected.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing the same issue! I know how important it is to be able to pay your bill with your MyAT&T app!

 

If you are abroad currently, I highly recommend connecting to Wi-Fi, uninstalling and re-installing the MyAT&T app. If you are still having issues making a payment, try accessing your account by clicking here. Click on “View” for guidance on making the payment.

I am having the same problem. The at&t app doesn't work overseas and when I try to access the website to login to my account and pay the bill, I get the following error.  You don't have permission to access "http://www.att.com/my/" on this server.

Why has this still not been resolved. This is ridiculous. That amount of time I've wasted trying to get an invoice has cost me more than the bill itself.

@Jwiggins You have posted on a 4 year old thread. There is actually nothing to resolve. Account access is purposely blocked from most locations abroad.

We'd like to know more about your invoice request @Jwiggins!

  • Do you currently have an active AT&T postpaid or prepaid account?
  • Are you trying to request an invoice from overseas or within the U.S.?
  • What happened from the previous invoice request?

@sandblaster I posted on this 4yo thread bc it still has relevance to an issue I’m facing. AT&T support never says that international access is intentionally blocked and instead asks you to use the App or some other workaround which also is blocked. Now that I know it’s blocked I can move on to another more accesible mobile provider. Thanks

This is still relevant. Not sure why paying your bill while residing abroad is such a hassle. Add $10.00 to your bill to enable International Day Pass to make a payment with the My AT&T app seems the only way. My AT&T does not work when connected on WiFi or trying to access your online account to make a payment from there. Ironically not able to participate in the AT&T Survey as well after payment to mention/report this. I have experienced this from the Netherlands, Germany and Spain.

I'm trying to pay an account from Canada without any success. The account is delincuent and the collection company dows not longer have the information and instruct to make the payment to AT&T. The land based phone line has been disconected for more than 2 years. I just want to pay the amount due. It is incredible that At&T not even accept a credit card so you can pay an account from abroad.
