Greetings @Garettkelly84!

When an unknown number appears on your account call history, it can indeed be a concern. We're happy to help!

The number that was displayed may be from another carrier that has blocked the number to prevent it being reported as spam caller by AT&T. A majority of companies will have private numbers, but it will appear differently on your device caller ID as a normal call.

We hope this information answers your inquiry, and have an great day!
