New User trying to get a FAN pin so I can log into the AT&T App
I’ve been trying to log into my AT&T app but I need a fan pin. I’ve tried using the one that I had but I misplaced the paper and the website only lets me put in 7 digits. The original fan pin that I had was 8 digits.

A FAN (Foundation Account Number) number is needed to get a company or school sponsored discount and you can get it from your HR department.
I guess I'm not understanding why you need it to log onto the app.
