Hi @Sansma48!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re getting those error messages when trying to log into your myAT&T online account! Let’s do a bit of troubleshooting to get to the bottom of this and get you back up and running!

Was there any recent changes to the online account before this started besides the password reset? Are you able to log into the account through the PC, phone app or neither?

One that that I can recommend of you are trying to log in from a PC, is to make sure that the cache and cookies have been cleared just in case it is trying to still access the old password. If more than one temporary password has been created, only the most recent temporary password is valid.

AT&T Access IDs do lock after six incorrect log in attempts within a 24 hour period. You will receive several warning messages before and after the lock occurs, informing you of the lock process and suggesting to perform a password reset. If a lock occurs, you can perform a password reset or reattempt log in after one hour.

For additional tips and tricks to getting back into your account, you can click on Troubleshoot logging in to myAT&T.

If you are still having issues or any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach back out to us! Take care and have an awesome weekend!
