Good evening @DEVthekid!
It appears you are trying to recover your myAT&T password. This is important as you want to order a new phone. I will be happy to guide you.
Please go to the myAT&T Sign On Page. Under the sign on button you will see “Forgot User ID or Password?” Click on “Password” and it will ask you for user name and last name. After entering this information hit continue and follow the on screen instructions.
