Can't login to myatt.com

Says it doesn't recognize my phone number. Tried to create a new ID and still didn't recognize the number even though I'm using the phone to create the new ID.

Are you unable to login to the app as well as the site?

Have you created a user id for your account?

How long have you been unable to log into your account?

Have you made any changes to your account lately?

Is this a Prepaid or Postpaid account?
