Can't login to AT&T account
Whenever I try to login to the myAT&T app i get the error message "Looks like something's not working [900.5]." Whenever I try to login to the website I get the error message "We apologize for the inconvenience as we are experiencing a temporary system issue that prevents us from completing your request. Please try submitting your transaction at a later time. (LGN174)." Please advise.

Hello, @Iherron,
Let's try to get you back into your account. Remove the myAT&T app from your device and reinstall it. As for signing in through the site, try to do so with a different browser or clear the cache on your preferred browser to see if that helps.
If you're still unable to sign in, could you let us know how we could assist you with your account?

Well, I'm going to hijack this thread, as no one is responding to my thread for nearly 2 months (https://forums.att.com/t5/Online-Account-Access/Error-message-logging-into-myATT-LGN174/m-p/5859405). I am having the same problem (error LGN174). I have an account and I've cleared my cache. I've tried logging in through a brand new computer and through different web browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer). I've requested / confirmed my username and reset my password multiple times. None of that resolved my problem. And despite what the above link to MY posting, the issue is NOT resolved.

i'm adding here, i'm unable to pay my bill and access the account.ATT allows you to pay blindly without logging in, WHAT A CONVENIENCE TO MY ACCOUNT, thank god i can pay the bill!

gets better, i tried to contact att support, unfortunately, its only for new customers, they get the fastest service. for existing customers we have ANOTHER phone number to call, which means being on hold forever and (Edited per community guidelines) that doesn't ever help. your call will be answered in 8 mins, (aka send me to someone else, get disconnected, and/or maybe i can understand the dialect we are speaking in. i just want support when the last person didn't fix the issue i asked them too. i'm locked out of my account, i would rather be nibbled to death by little ducks than call ATT!

is the att website on maintanence? can it post if so people can log in to pay bill? what times are maintainance?
