Cant access any online portal to pay my bill
Cant access any online portal to pay my bill. Used to be able to pay with 1 click on my phone. Now I have to call a (ATT edited my F Bomb)****en number and follow prompts for 10 minutes to pay. Tried everything they’ve recommended including clearing caches and old data. Tried using my iPad, my laptop, & even my [EDITED per COmmunity Guidelines] desktop. NOTHING but crickets is what I get. Even went to ATT store and they had problems logging into my account with my password and phone number. They couldn’t help me said I was the only one this has ever happened to lol. (Edited per community guidelines).

Prepaid does not use My ATT. Prepaid must login using their phone number and passcode or pin, on the pay go online website.
My ATT will not recognize your number.

I guess I’ll have to cancel my at&t account and go with Verizon.
