Poor coverage

We moved into our house 2 years ago. Everything was great and for about the last 6 months our coverage and speeds have been awful. We are lucky to get two bars or even load a 30 second video. I figured maybe the towers were being worked on but not for 6+ months. Frustrating to say the least.
