Losing cell service intermittently
I have had my current phone, Samsung Galaxy, for about a year. I reside in another town but frequently come to Indianapolis for a few days at a time. Often I will lose service when I am in the Indy area, and I typically just restart my phone to fix the issue. Unfortunately I am often restarting my phone up to ten times a day and it is getting old. Why would I lose service so frequently only near Indianapolis and why would restarting my phone be able to fix it? Is this an SD card issue? Thank you for any help

Unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. Is there anything else I could try?

An SD card is a storage device. Do you mean a SIM card issue? It sounds like the Indy area simply doesn’t have good coverage where go and you’re losing the signal. Restarting the phone forces a reconnection but if the signal is weak, it loses it again. The fact that there are only issues in a certain area seems to suggest that’s the issue

I like that you had to take the conversation private cause I too have this problem and resetting hte network did nothing but turn it off permanently now

The reason conversations are taken private is if private account info may be exchanged as part of troubleshooting. In any case, AT&T no longer does CS via DM, so your option is to contact them directly.
