Dropped Call Losing Service driving through Northern Blvd in Little Neck
Always drop calls on this road right by marathon Parkway. Had phone reset by Customer Service and nothing. Changed to a newer galaxy note and same thing keeps dropping calls. Its annoying and customer service there's no way to report specific areas for them to check their network. How do you report specific area issues?

If it “always” happens in the same place, it’s just an area that doesn’t have good AT&T coverage. Resetting phones or using different phones with AT&T service won’t give a different result. You can try calling customer service, but chances are close to zero that will change anything. They aren’t going to out and check anything because, unless there is a specific tower issue, which they would already know about, they can’t do anything. The “fix” is to wait and see if someday they build another tower in the area (unlikely if it’s a built up area), or swap to a different carrier that has better coverage in that specific area.
