Data breach activation code is bogus
I think this is a scam. I received a letter about the security breach,tried to enroll in the so called free Experian Identity works and the code was invalid.
So our information was compromised and you send out bogus activation codes for a free service that is obviously not available without phone calls and tech support and more time .
Bravo Att you clearly do not at all take this seriously !

My code was invalid also. Tried to access Experian's customer service but their voice system is a mess, all they wanted to do was to sell me other services.
Doesn't anyone from ATT check this??

The activation code for my Experian account sign up worked fine. Did you use all CAPS?

Yes. I used all caps and tried it several times with no luck.
I read a post on Reddit that mentioned to use chrome or a pc as safari used with the apple devices may be the issue. I will try that and see if it works.

Used MacBook Pro and Safari for sign up without any problem.
