Cell signal and mobile data will not connect
While driving through a remote area, cell service and data were lost. After entering a large city, data would not return. Phone has been restarted, data turned on and off, sim removed and reinstalled, but nothing has restored data or cell service.

Please let us know the zip code of the area you are currently in now. We want to look and see if there are any service interruptions going on in that area. Also, let us know what type of device you have, and whether it's updated with the latest software or not.
