AT&T calles Intermeida registered lines gets fast busy tone
If AT&T calls a phone that is hosted from Intermedia it gets fast busy tone but if you call from Intermedia to AT&T it works properly.

Number Format: When dialing, make sure to use the full 10-digit phone number (including the area code). Dialing with only 7 digits may lead to connection issues.
Call Waiting Settings: Check if call waiting is enabled on your device. If it’s off, incoming calls might not connect.
Call Protect: If you have Call Protect active on your account, it could block incoming calls. You can opt out of Call Protect to test if it resolves the issue.

This doesn't help we have a few numbers having the issue. Also we were told AT&T made a call routing change on Sunday or Monday. That is what Intermedia has related to us, please look into this further. I’m also pushing Intermedia to work with you as well.
