3G and 4G frequencies

Hello,
I am travelling to Washington DC and New York from China.

My smartphone support:
GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
WCDMA/HSPA 900/1900/2100MHz,

Support HSDPA to 42Mbps
Support HSUPA to 5.76Mbps

FDD-LTE:1800/2100MHz,
TDD-LTE:2600MHz,

Download DL: to 150Mbps Upload UL: to 50Mbps

Can I use  my phone on the network of AT & T?
Especially the 3g and 4g network?
(Because my phone only support 1900MHz, not both 850Mhz & 1900MHz. I am very confused. )

Thank you very much.

You should be able to access the HSPA+ network with your phone. AT&T no longer publishes maps that show the coverage of the 850MHz and 1900MHz service areas, but the last one published shows that both Washington, DC and New York City receive 3G service on the 1900MHz band.
