Will my service be restored?

So my phone service was needed to be paid last month on the 30th and I failed to pay. And a month later I now can pay for my service, I log in to my account and pay the current balance needed and now it says the current balance is 0.00 but my isn't working, also it's been maybe 30 minutes since I've paid. I read a little into payments and restoring your account and it says if I don't pay within 60 days your account will canceled but I've paid it within 30 so my questions is... Will my service be restored?

Since you posted in  AT&T prepaid.

AT&T prepaid doesn't have a past due or a late fee.   It's simple service, you pay and it works. Try power cycling your phone. It may take an hour for AT&T to recognize your refill and for your phone service to resume

When you are suspended for past due you have to pay the entire account balance to $0 to restore service. Hopefully it will be back on shortly, but if not then call AT&T during their business hours in case they need to manually turn it back on.

Hello @galindochris038,

We hear you, and let's share the information you are looking for.

Like the Ace mentioned, because it's an AT&T prepaid account, your service will be disconnected until you refill your account. There will be no late fees or penalties. However, if you do not refill within 60 days, your account will be closed and your phone number will be lost.

Let us know if the above information helps!
