Salutation @Chintor,
No worries I have some information for you to assist in your request for reasons behind why the data counter has not reset just yet.
Usage reporting delays is an article with information as to why some circumstances cause usage information to be unavailable or delayed.
Here are some things to keep in mind about usage posting timelines:
If you're on any of our plans, the recent usage data received by AT&T is usually posted every three hours.
Usage since your last bill may not be visible online if your account is new or if you changed your plan or features in the middle of a billing cycle. When changes to the plan are made within the billing cycle the new plan will take over at the beginning of the new billing cycle.
While your bill is being processed, usage information may not be available. Usage generated towards the end of a bill cycle may appear on your next billing cycle.
For wireless roaming usage, which is based on call records from other carriers, delays are normally 2-10 days but could exceed 60 days. Some usage may appear online but be billed during a later bill cycle.
For talk usage, you may see airtime for voicemails and other calls for which you aren't billed. If you use minutes in excess of those available under your plan, we'll deduct excess minutes from available Rollover Minutes, after which we will apply a per-minute charge.
Miracles are on the way!
