I paid for my Prepaid bill this month and it said it was suppose to renew today but it hasn't. Am I supposed to do something else? Or does it renew the day after is says it renews.

Are you on a 30-day plan that has an auto pay discount? If you refilled manually at the discounted rate, and now have no service, It's likely you have to add funds because the auto pay discount was not given.
Login to your online account and check and see if your balance has been used to pay for service or is asking for funds
