Prepaid annual service
Hello. I activated a sim card that came in the wifi ranger in a new RV. It turns out (after trying to get it working) that att service is NOT compatible with this hardware (only service through the wifi ranger is available), I ordered the activation on April 24 and tried to cancel the annual service April 29. I cancelled the service but they say these cannot be refunded! What? I am not going to use the service. Deactivate it and give me my money back! Can anyone help with this?

Thanks Kelly - I have exhaustively used all of these numbers. I keep getting passed around and told that I prepaids are not eligible for refunds. I havent used the service, I CANT use the service because the equipment is incompatible. So I cant figure out how they can keep the prepaid money if I cant use the service. It is definitely illegal. Can you offer a different number from the published ones to help with this?

@Thewabit did you try the 866 608 3007 number before Kelly's response?

Update - I did manage to get someone to actually DEACTIVATE and cancel the account (which others were reluctant to do) THEN when I called 866 608 3002, the noticed it was cancelled. THEN they sent an email to "the back office" and at least gave me an escalation number to refer to. So we will see.
