phone password
I have a ZTE Z432 i need to unlock it . It's locked as soon as i turn it on. AT&t says to go to emergency dial pad and enter *983*987#, and it should erase and reset but it's not working or i'm not doing it correctly. Help please.

Are you referring to the Lock key that's used to lock your device's screen and keep it secure? Were you previously able to enter your Lock key and successfully unlock your cell phone's lock screen? Did you forget the Lock key that you previously set for your security lock, or was this Lock key already set up on your device when you purchased it?
