I’m sorry to hear your GoPhone account has been canceled! I totally understand the importance of services during the holiday season. Let’s go over a few options to get this issue resolved!
Has your account been non active for at least 45 days or more? If the GoPhone account was not used for 45 days or more, then the phone number would be recycled within our new users.
This may be the case, but to check you can always log into your online GoPhone account. While there, you can also add minutes onto your GoPhone plan.
Have you also tried to restart your phone to test services? Sometimes a simple restart can do the trick. Try checking out our handy Troubleshooting tool to see more advanced settings.
