I have two phones and two plans...

I have two phones and separate plans/accounts for each.

I want to use the phone number on my first phone/account on my second phone. And retire my first phone.

One is a Galaxy A01 and one is a A10e.

Can I just swap SIM cards or do I have to contact ATT to make the change?

You would want to turn off auto-pay on the account you don't want anymore. Then yes you can switch the SIM card as long as it's the same size.

Dont need to tell At&t anything.

Hi @126whitetail,

Thank you for reaching out. We'd like to offer some information.

Before you proceed with swapping SIM cards, be sure your plans are AT&T PREPAID only. If you have an AT&T wireless postpaid account(s), please let us know. Because you will need us to deactivate them.

We hope to hear from you soon.

'deactivate' does not compute.  The correct word is cancel.

@126whitetail  I already told you how to do that in my first post. All you do is turn off auto-pay. Your account rules self-terminate in 60 days without penalty
