How do reset my PIN and password
I forgot my pin. I was sent emails to reset the PIN but could not access the text messages that were sent.

The only way to reset the pin is through text I believe, do you have access to the device? Is it active?

The correct answer has been provided. If you are unable to receive text messages because you are outside of the United States, or no longer have the phone, then you are locked out of your account.
