GoPhone Refill

Yesterday was my GoPhone Plan Expired date.

On Aug 8th I know that my GoPhone is almost expired, so I refill it manually.

Two days after I refill my account I was cheaking my bank account and saw the history of me paying the money of the GoPhone, so I think I am OK now.

But At&t told me to refill, also I can't call anyone.

I already paid USD $63.68 for the GoPhone, and I'm sure I did because I check it several times.

What should I do?

Has your balance updated to reflect your recent refill? While sometimes the update is instantly, there are times where there may be a bit of a delay in having your account show the proper balance.

 

You can verify your recent refills at any time from your myAT&T account. We also offer various resources from our website that allow you to view your balance, you can view those support articles from here and here.

 

You can also contact GoPhone customer support at 800-901-9878 or by dialing 611 from your device.
