Thank you for your reply but this did not help me. It was a recorded message to told me to go to virtualprepaidminutes.com and then hung up.
This is very poor customer service.

The number, 800.901.9878 is for prepaid cell phones. Not for prepaid calling cards.

i reloaded the card and it charged me 4 times and i only got 24min.

My son will be deployed in 8 days and I cannot re-charge his card. I get the same "red message" that is described above. My bank card has 4 charges pending and says it will take 2 days on your end to push it through. We cannot wait 2 days when we are this close to deployment

I keep receiving an error message stating my banking address doesn’t match when trying to recharge my card. It’s the same and has not changed for the past 6 months my husband has been on deployment.. and when I tried to communicate with someone in customer service no one know what I’m talking about and keeps transferring me and transferring me till eventually I get a recording saying “have a nice day” and hangs up.
