Could my account be suspended?
Gor a prepaid phone and the booklet that came with its says acct will be suspended if I don't renew my monthly plan for 365 days. I didn't renew the last 4 months and I want to make a payment now but I can't because the site says att does not provide service to my number.
Is my line now lost forever? :(

A prepaid account is automatically closed if your account balance is $0 for more than 60 days after your service expires. If you haven’t renewed for 4 months, your account is probably closed. If the account is closed, the number is lost. You can’t get it back.

Unfortunately, they close prepaid account automatically once credit touches 0 for more than 60 days. You'll be required to get new number as well as the the previous one is lost now.
