AT&T specialist - I need help
I’m looking for an AT&T specialist for prepaid cards. I need help. My cousin has a prepaid phone and I need to add minutes. He doesn’t have a credit card nor does he have Internet. How do I add minutes to his card. Oh by the way, he gave me a 12 digit pin instead of a 10 digit pin. Are 12 digit pins from older cards? It seems I can’t speak with anyone I only get an automated recording.

There are many ways you can refill a prepaid account:
-By phone at 611 from AT&T mobile phone or 800-901-9878 every day, 7AM -midnight local time.
-Online by signing in.
-Or by text dial *888* + PIN number + #.
