Your refill will expire according to the refill value you made:

Refill value $10 to $24 - expires after 30 days

Refill value $25 to $99 - expires after 90 days

Refill value $100 - expires after 365 days

Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums! I can help you with this request!

We do allow carrier billing on Android and Windows devices. We currently do not allow Apple gift cards to be charged to your AT&T account. The App store found on iOS devices only accepts credit/debit cards and prepaid gift card codes. The App Store for iOS does not currently support carrier billing.
