Activate prepaid phone

Hi, I just purchased my prepaid phone yesterday and was told to email attprepaidsupport@att.com proof of purchase but when I do I get an email saying users email is full..??? I just want to be able to use my prepaid phone

Welcome to the Community Forums!  Thank you for reaching out regarding the activation of your new phone.  I would be happy to assist!


I apologize you received this response from the email address.  We do have a great resource available online to activate new and previous devices.   Please click here to get started; and you will want to select the option on the right.


The next page will ask for your SIM card, and IMEI number.  The SIM can be found on the punch-out card, it is also called an ICCID.  To find the IMEI, please type *#06# on the keypad of your device; the number will auto-populate.
