No dial tone
My land line has no dial tone. When I call customer support the automatron says I have another carrier I have to call and hangs up oN me. I receive a bill from at&t every month for my land line and local calls and when I ask for a live agent thru the automatron it ignores me and keeps saying contact my other carrier. What other carrier? I can't get past the automatron to a live agent. I am elderly and need to be able to use landline for emergencies. Horrible customer service for long time customer .

Your most recent bill describes your landline phone service using what plan name?

1800 288-2020 hangs up 1800 331-0500 transfers back to same phone tree as 800 288-2020.. I live in Calif . My phone bill says plan is Residential Flat Rate Service.
