Home phone still not working
About 2 weeks ago, an AT&T rep came out to find out why my landline has no tone on it, and they went into the basement of the building to inspect, but then left. The line still does not work.
Can this be fixed? Is there any news? Can someone please update me. Please call (Edited as per community guidelines)

No one will call. These are customer based forums. The way it works is you call them.
