Termination
I am on the unlimited starter plan and I brought my own phone. Is there a termination fee if I want to cancel service. I can?t find anywhere on my account that says I?m in a contract with AT&T.

No termination fee for Bring Your own Device (BYOD). When you cancel your service final month is not prorated so it is recommended to cancel/switch service 2-3 days prior to end of the billing period.

Except for possibly some business plans, ATT doesn't do contracts anymore. So no ETF.
Note, if you signed up to get the BYOP offer. $10/month credit, you would stop getting the credits if you leave.
