No one here can answer that. No one here has access to your account.

We are here to help with your call log concerns, @tmw2do101.

Hey there @sandblaster.

We understand how important it is to be able to view your call logs. You can check and download wireless usage info for up to 16 bill periods. Get data, call, and text details for all your devices.

  1. Go to Usage.
  2. Select the bill period you want to view.
  3. Choose your service type:
    • Wireless-only service: Look in the Usage by number section, find the device you want to manage, and select View more usage details and options. Then choose See data, text, and talk logs.
    • More than one service: Look in the Basic plan usage section, find the device you want to manage, and select View usage details. Then choose how you want to view your details.
  4. Select Download, then choose CSV or Excel. (Don’t see these options? Use the forward arrows to get to the last page. Once you see all your records, you can download them.)

We update your usage reports as quickly as we can, but sometimes your usage info may be unavailable or delayed. It can take two to five days for data use to post in myAT&T, so amounts shown online may not reflect all use since your last bill.

Time stamps for current data or text usage may be off by up to 4 hours in myAT&T.

If you have an Apple device, please keep in mind that FaceTime calls and iMessage use data, and will not appear in call and text logs.  All they are is kilobytes of data.

Lastly, we can use some additonal information.

  • When was the last time you were able to view your call logs? This will help us determine if there is an error in the system causing your logs not to appear.
  • Have you tried on a different device or browser? If not, try on a laptop, tablet, or web browser to see if your logs appear.

Try this and let us know how it goes. We look forward to your response.
