Hey @minhlanghuynh1984, we understand your concern and will help you get this sorted.

Can you please help us with: Make and model of the device?

If your device is in SOS mode, it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. Poor cellular reception
  2. SIM card failure
  3. Cellular settings not set to Automatic
  4. Faulty or weak network coverage
  5. SIM card isn’t inserted correctly or it is broken or damaged in some way.

Below are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the SOS message:

  1. Check for airplane mode: First, make sure that airplane mode is turned off. If it is on, you won’t be able to make calls or use mobile data.
  2. Restart your phone: Try restarting your phone. ...
  3. Reset network settings: Resetting your network settings can sometimes fix the SOS message issue.
  4. Update your software: Make sure your phone’s software is up to date.

Reach back to us, we will be happy to help you.
