No they haven't.  

The s 23 series has been substantially updated to Android 14 one UI 6.

There have been some rollouts through carriers and directly from Samsung for the S22 series in the USA. It is buggy. Like major problems buggy. Roll out to the S22 series in USA has paused.

There is no roll out for s21 series in USA, especially carrier phones, until S22 series bugs are resolved.

AT&T does not pre announce the rollouts for their phones. When Android 14 is released for the s21 series it will be announced then, not before

Where are u getting your info from? Cuz other carriers are rolling out the update to S21's as we speak. And what does the S22 have to do with S21?

My husband has an S22 and he received the update on December 3. Of course, I have an S21 and I am also wondering when the update will be rolling out for the 21's. 

But thank you for notifying me that AT&T has not started the rollout for the S21 series. That's all I wanted to kno.

But like I stated above, the S22 series has nothing to do with the S21 series. Other networks are rolling out the update for S23-21. I kno they don't pre-announce updates, hence why I asked if it was rolling out not when they planned to roll it out.

Regarding the updates the Android OS is owned by Google, and they send updates to all the eligible devices. AT&T will notify customers about the update once Samsung makes it available to the public.
