login without zenkey?
How do I login to the website without Zenkey? What if I don't have a smartphone (like my mother) or I just don't want yet another authenticator app on my phone?

This is a mobile app, doesn't apply to home phones so moving to the wireless forum.

I hit this error trying to log onto the website to support my land line (yes, I still have one, despites AT&Ts concerted efforts to make it unusable). I actually have a support ticket with AT&T that I now cannot access.

Hi @DTVUser895b! We are here to further address your ZenKey inquiry!
ZenKey is only supported on Apple and Android devices, OS 11.0 or greater and Android 7.0 or greater. For Android devices, download AT&T Login Helper to assist AT&T apps securely authenticate or visit our nearest AT&T Store to get a SIM Card that works with ZenKey when you receive the error message "your device is not supported at this time."
We hope this helps! Reach back to us if you have additional questions. Thank you for reaching out to the community!

Hi @DTVUser895b! Let's address your Log In inquiry!
ZenKey is optional. Login to your AT&T account online using a web browser or using the myAT&T App by entering your User ID and password. To delete ZenKey, send an email to zk-support@list.att.com and enter ZenKey unlink request in the subject, type in your ATT&T user ID and the Phone number associated with ID. A response should be received within three business days.
We hope this is helpful! Thank you for reaching out to the community!

I discovered that I get a different login page if I use my work computer vs. my home computer. I start from the same place, www.att.com, and go to Account Signin, On my home computer, I get the old login, where I put in my user name and password. On my work computer, the page looks like the first screen shot below. The "Pay without signing in" is confusing since I'm not trying to pay my bill, I'm just trying to log in to the website. I also discovered, entirely by accident while composing this message, that if you click on the arrow on the second field (the phone number), you do get a password field (second screenshot). Very confusing and non-obvious.
