In How much time after my request to close number the number effectively close?

good evening, I have an American SIM with you because I lived there until a few days ago. Now I have returned to live in Italy. If I request the number to be closed, how many days will it take before the number is non-existent?

Hey @Calulla

 

We grasp the question and we are here to answer your question and provide all information that you would need. 

 

Once you submit the request, the number will be cancelled with immediate effect (non-existent), you will have a option to restore the number within 60 days.  Once the 60 days period is completed, the number will be recycled.

If you have a prepaid account the SIM auto cancels after 60 days if there isn't sufficient balance.
In case of postpaid you will have to submit a request for cancelation by calling to our customer support.

no, I have a contract with a debit to my bank account. but I'm not talking about what happens to the number if nothing is done. I am asking after having called the appropriate number and sent request forms the number will be IMMEDIATELY RESULT NON-EXISTENT OR NOT WORKING IF ONE PERSON CALL OR IF IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS FOR THE PROCEDURE AND IN THE MEANWHILE IT WILL ONLY BE TURNED OFF????
