Can't activate prepaid sim
Hi, I have a store-bought prepaid sim that I want to activate, but I am unable to do so even after following instructions and typing in the plan code. I cannot call for help as my phone is yet to be activated. I reached out to AT&T through live chat but they weren't able to provide assistance. The website link seems to make me purchase a brand-new sim card, but I don't want to wait for a whole card to arrive. Would appreciate some assistance ASAP.

what???????? Are you SERIOUS???!!! This is a community forum, no? Is it not where the community of AT&T users come to discuss common issues we run into, in hopes that someone who DOES know the answer, maybe because they had the same issue and had it resolved, can help????? I ask because, guess what? Her question is my question!!!!
