When does data speed slow down with Unlimited Starter package?
With Unlimited Starter package is there no guarantee of high speed data if the network is busy? I know with other unlimited plans you get a guarantee of 50GB of high speed data before it may be slowed down by network traffic. However the Starter package mentions no such info.

We'd be happy to provide you with some information to answer your question in regards to the Unlimited Starter Plan.
For the Unlimited Starter plan, AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy. If the area you're in is congested then there will be reduced data speeds.
