Photos not delivering over text message

I was recently abroad and was using Google Fi for international data. I am not back in the US and am using my AT&T sim card. I have tried to send photos over text message (iMessage is having no trouble delivering photos) but am getting the “unable to deliver” alert. My MMS and SMS are both on and I have reset my network settings to no avail. The current wait time on ATT is very long so

I was hoping someone had another suggestion to fix the issue.

Hello, @livro98,

Thanks for reaching out. We're glad to hear you've checked to make sure MMS was toggled on and that you've reset the network settings. It's likely this is caused by increased wireless traffic. If you haven't yet, restart your iPhone to see if refreshing the connection helps.

  • If you have an iPhone X or 11, press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider. Give it thirty seconds before turning it back on.
  • If you have an iPhone 6, 7, or 8, press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider. Give it thirty seconds before turning it back on.

If a fresh connection doesn't help, let us know what type of iPhone this is.

Have a great week.
