Not receiving SMS message with links sent from twilio
I used to get text messages with links from my non-profit org where i volunteer sent using Twilio platform, until sometime in APril 2022. Recently, i am not receiving text messages with links sent from my non-profit org using Twilio platform. Only basic text messages without any links am able to receive. Twilio says ATT is blocking it.

Hey @barvin, we are here to help see why you are unable to receive text messages from Twilio.
We need some additional information to further research for the possible cause.

One quick and easy thing to check is the messaging application’s spam settings. In short, you’ll go into your Messaging program > Menu > Settings > Spam Settings. You can also try troubleshooting your device, just log in for personalized steps that are best fit for your device. In addition, visit our device support for additional tips.
Also, have you contacted Twilio customer service support team? We do recommend to reach out to them for additional troubleshooting support that may help.

It is an android device and has the latest software update. The message is not in the spam folder. As i said, the message does not get delivered but get filtered only by ATT. My org shows stats from Twilio which shows messages going to other carriers but all the messages to ATT get blocked. In a recent txt messages sent to about 144 people, all the messages to ATT phone numbers got blocked. See the attachement.

Btw, this was not happening just a few weeks back. The one clear thing i can see is any messages sent from twilio with short links such as https://bit.ly/test
is getting blocked (the above link is not a real link, just as an example). If the same text message without that short link is sent, i get that message. But this blocking is happening only recently until early April 2022, i used to get such messages.
