Nokia Lumia 635 Basic Plan
Would I be able to buy this phone to use just for a basic plan? Meaning, I do not need internet access and do not want a monthly plan. Right now I just use the pay as you go plan for minutes and add a small text messaging package.

You can keep using the same plan you have now. Smartphones only require a data plan on post-paid plans, and since you have a pre-paid account, you won't have to change anything.
