No network connection - prepaid Go Phone

I changed the Settings briefly to Wifi (ON) & Mobile Data (ON), then turned these OFF.

The phone now has No Network Connection.

What to do?

Turn those connections back on.

Are you having some other issue which caused you to turn these services off in the first place?

Are you using a phone that is affected by the 3-g shut off?

Thanks for replying. Both ON, or both OFF, it doesn't work. No incoming or outgoing calls.

Okay, now read the second part of my post...

If you have data and text service but no phone calls, your phone has probably always reverted to AT&T 3-g network for phone calls. The 3-g network has been shut down. Which means you likely have to replace the phone.
Please post the brand and model number of your phone.

I went to an AT&T store and found out that my phone is affected by the 3-G shut off, along with many other devices nationwide that should not have been affected. Full service will be restored, I'm told, in several days... or by March 8.... Thank you for that 3-G question. I looked it up, so had a heads up about it before I reached the store.

That sensation you should be feeling is smoke blowing up your skirt. 🤦🏼‍♀️

And? Is your phone NOT included?

If it isn't on the list that's your answer you need to replace your phone.
