Is it possible to buy extra data once I reach my monthly limit. Can I purchase buy the Gb as one time and not have to change my plan or worry about it doing that automatically the following month?

If you are on the Mobile Share Data Plan, it will automatically add data once you reach your limit. It will not change your plan. If you want to change to a higher data plan, you will have to make that change yourself.

It's $15. But you can change your rate plan, and you can backdate that. If you plan on using more than 1 GB over the limit, then it's usually a good idea. otherwise, it's smart to stay put.
